Creator Solution - Annual License

Quite a piece of software. I have used this many years ago so I know the basics fairly well. I'm a traditional watercolor artist who will use this application to create compositions to paint. The ability to change the lighting and camera parameters makes it ideal for creating unique compositions. I very gotten tired of looking for royalty free photos to base my composition on which aren't close to what I want. I mostly paint landscapes so the environmental tools in view along with the plants and ecosystems is ideal for my needs. Just one composition can turn into several by changing a few parameters. Well. I upgraded to the current subscription version to get support for my 12 Core/ 24 thread AMD CPU. It works fine, making animation much more feasible than my old quad core i7 Intel CPUs.

Great design. Very flexible. Give me hours of pleasure. Fairly stable.

1. A nice bit of software that I would be happy to pay for, however I am not happy about paying an annual licence. The Creator package is, I presume, aimed at the casual user, not someone using it day in day out as part of their job. This makes the annual fee way too expensive and not justified. Will I be renewing? Doubtful. Which is a shame as I'm enjoying using Vue.
2. Goodness me, but you need to get some good tutorials out there. Thank goodness for Vladimire Chopine! He seems to be only one able to put out a decent tutorial.

[e-on] Thanks for your feedback. With regards to training materials, a revamped training center is in progress and will feature all past, and more importantly a vast new collection of training videos. ETA is Q4 2021.

Vue is really a camera looking at an imaginary world that you can populate with nature, objects and people. It's a great program for making Art and other visuals. The one flaw in the creator edition is the 4K render limit, the world is moving to 5K, 6K even 8K. The old Vue had unlimited render resolution and put limits in other ways. such as no ecosystems or function editors. The jump from creator to professional edition is too big, especially for artists.

This is one of the best 3d animation tools on the market. The price is great for all the features you get
